What we do
We curate products from a vetted network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners and bring them to you directly, without the markup that comes from holding retail floor space. That keeps our prices fair and lets us offer free shipping on larger orders.
How we work
- Clear shipping rates. Standard delivery to the US, UK and EU at a flat rate, and free above a set order value. Our Shipping Policy lists every rate.
- Direct sourcing. We ship from partner facilities in Poland, China, Hong Kong and elsewhere, chosen per product rather than per order.
- A 14 day return window. If an item is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it unused and in its original condition.
- A 100% satisfaction guarantee. Some international routes cannot provide end to end tracking. Where that is the case, our guarantee stands in its place.
What we will not do
We would rather set expectations correctly than oversell. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because weather, customs and carrier backlogs are outside our control. We say so plainly on our Shipping Policy rather than burying it. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we will work it out case by case.
