A weighted vest is the simplest way to get more from the workouts you already do. Wear it on your daily walk, a jog, a stair session or a set of push-ups, and every step and rep asks a little more of your legs, core and lungs.
The iron sand fill is spread evenly front and back, so the load sits balanced on your torso instead of pulling you forward. Adjustable buckle straps snug it down to cut bounce, and with seven weights from 6 to 30 lb there is a starting point for beginners and room to grow for regular trainers, men and women alike.
