This adjustable knee brace replaces fiddly straps with a simple dial: turn it to tighten for training, click it back to loosen when you just need light support around the house. It is built for active people and anyone whose knees ache after hiking, running or a session at the gym.
A contoured gel pad cradles the kneecap, two side stabilizers reinforce the joint, and silicone dots on the inside stop the brace sliding down your leg.

Key features
- Dial-in fit: turn the knob to tighten, and release it two clicks at a time for a precise, even fit.
- Steadier kneecap: a contoured patella gel pad surrounds the kneecap to cushion it and hold it steady.
- Side-to-side stability: dual stabilizers along both sides of the knee reinforce the joint during twisting or uneven ground.
- Comfort for sore knees: designed to support knees affected by arthritis, joint pain or meniscus strain, and it keeps the joint warm.
- Stays in place: silicone anti-slip dots grip the skin so the brace does not slide as you move.
- Shaped for each leg: a left and right specific design for sports, hiking, running and the gym.

Good to know
To find your size, measure around your leg about 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the top of the kneecap with your leg straight, then compare it to the size guide. Put the adjustable knee brace on with the dial loose, center the gel pad on your kneecap, then tighten until it feels firm but you can still bend the knee freely. A brace supports the joint; for a new or severe injury, see a doctor first.
